The Student Achievement Services team play a key role in supporting students to thrive throughout their university journey. We design and deliver initiatives that boost student retention, academic success, and graduate outcomes—through tailored support, transition activities, outreach campaigns, and events. As part of a collaborative and student-focused team, you’ll help create a welcoming, inclusive environment to support our students. We are looking for (an) enthusiastic and proactive Graduate Student Achievement Assistant(s) to join our team.

If you join us, you will gain hands-on experience in student facing role, developing your professional skills in a supportive, inclusive environment. You will be part of a team that values your voice and ideas and you will get the chance to make a real impact on the student experience.

About you:

We are looking for a recent graduate who must have obtained their undergraduate degree within the last two years. You will have great communication and interpersonal skills, will be approachable, empathetic and a good listener. You will be organised, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience in a student support or customer-facing role (paid or voluntary) is a plus!
