The Role
You’ll start as a Maths Academic Coach, supporting KS3 and KS4 students with tailored interventions and catch-up support. You’ll work closely with the Maths department, assist in lesson planning, lead small groups and eventually take on your own classes as part of the training pathway.

The Candidate
You’ll need a Maths-related degree (or strong A-Level Maths), plus a genuine desire to teach. You’re confident, organised, and ready to grow quickly in a classroom-based role. Prior school experience helps but isn’t essential – we’re looking for potential.
