Eligibility Requirements: If youre an experienced candidate, youll need to have an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care. For those who are new to the care, we ask for a minimum of 4/ Grade C/pass in GCSE Maths and English or both functional skills level 2, and you will be required to undertake a supportive development pathway to attain a level 3 health and social care qualification. Key dates: If your application is successful, you will be invited to an interview during the week beginning 11th August 2025. Should you be offered the position after your interview with the Emergency Department, your employment is expected to commence in October 2025, including a minimum two-week induction period. We are happy to discuss flexible arrangements to accommodate half-term commitments within the month of October.
