Veterinary Surgeon – Lancashire

• Work in a modern, well-equipped, and privately owned small animal practice with state-of-the-art facilities including ultrasound, digital and dental x-ray, electrosurgery, and much more.
• Enjoy a supportive and professional environment that nurtures both early career and experienced vets, with a reputation for developing clinical skills and confidence.
• Focus on delivering exceptional patient care while the day-to-day operations are handled by a dedicated nurse manager, giving you more time to do what you love.
• Earn up to £65,000 per annum DOE plus a generous benefits package, all while being part of a close knit, enthusiastic team that values your contribution.

Join a vibrant, modern, privately owned small animal practice in Lancashire, where veterinary care is delivered with compassion, precision, and a strong team spirit. This forward thinking, well established practice is kitted out with everything a dedicated vet could ask for—ultrasound, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, electrosurgery, tonometry, ultrasonic dental, theatre, kennels, and more—to ensure top tier first opinion care.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon who is passionate about small animal care and thrives in an environment that balances clinical excellence with a genuinely supportive culture. Whether you’re early in your career or looking to continue developing your expertise, this practice has a long standing reputation for nurturing talent and providing ongoing support through mentorship and collaboration.

You’ll enjoy a role that allows you to focus on clinical excellence, thanks to the support of a dedicated Head Nurse who oversees the day-to-day running of the practice. This means you’ll be free to do what you do best, delivering outstanding care and building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their pets. Your responsibilities will include a diverse caseload of consultations, diagnostics, and surgical procedures, all with the backup of a friendly, professional team who love what they do.

The ideal candidate is someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and empathy—someone who communicates clearly, supports their colleagues, and recognises the balance between clinical care and great customer service. This is your chance to become part of a genuinely close knit team in a practice that combines modern facilities with traditional values and a deep commitment to animal welfare and team development.

If you're ready to work in a practice where your voice is heard, your development is encouraged, and your passion for veterinary medicine is shared, this could be the perfect role for you!
