Summary
Our client are looking to add to their family team in South Yorkshire. You must be able to independently run a case load of family work which can include cohabitation disputes, domestic abuse, disputes between parents over their children, child arrangements orders and child maintenance.
Essential is some matrimonial finance experience covering the separation of assets, transfer of home, pension splitting and family business issues.
