This is an exciting time for My Care My Way – a brand-new company with a bold vision and a deep commitment to transforming the landscape of childcare services. Founded with passion, purpose, and professionalism at its core, we are entering the sector with the clear intention of growth and long-term impact.
Our mission is simple yet powerful: to place young people at the heart of everything we do. We recognise that every child’s journey is unique, and that's why our approach is tailored, compassionate, and focused on genuine understanding. Using the BEACON model, we ensure that our care is guided by principles of Belonging, Engagement, Achievement, Communication, Opportunity, and Nurture – helping each young person feel seen, heard, and supported.
With expansion already on the horizon, My Care My Way is more than just a service — it’s a movement toward a brighter, more responsive future for children and young people. Together, we aim to raise standards, challenge outdated thinking, and shine a light on what truly matters: giving every child the care, consistency, and confidence they deserve.
