Support children in various settings, providing childcare assistance when necessary.
Utilise IT systems for documentation and communication purposes.
Foster positive relationships with clients, encouraging their participation in social and recreational activities.
Skills
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
Experience working with children is highly desirable, particularly in a support or childcare capacity.
Ability to drive is essential for transporting clients as needed.
Familiarity with creating and implementing care plans to meet individual client needs.
Proficiency in IT skills for maintaining records and facilitating communication within the team.
A compassionate approach to supporting individuals in achieving their goals while promoting independence.
