Hosting over 250 performances and events per year, including an award-winning annual pantomime, Loughborough Town Hall hosts a varied programme attracting nationally acclaimed acts and productions across the world of drama, musical theatre, comedy, live music and beyond.

As part of the venue’s senior management team, this role will be responsible for delivering all areas of the venue’s Front of House operations, ranging from the smooth running and delivery of the bar service and merchandising, to organising suitable staffing arrangements to guarantee all visitors have a positive and enjoyable experience.

Our ideal candidate will be a natural motivator with strong communication skills, alongside having experience of not only delivering customer service excellence to visitors, but driving CSE as a key pillar of service.
