We’re looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Wakefield team – someone who’s hungry for success, commercially minded, and ready to drive business growth through winning new clients and placing top-tier candidates.
This is a full 360 role, combining business development with candidate management – ideal for someone who enjoys the challenge of sales, the pace of recruitment, and the reward of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and win new business through cold calling, lead generation, networking, and relationship building
- Build long-term partnerships with clients by understanding their recruitment needs, challenges, and goals
- Write and promote compelling job adverts to attract high-quality candidates
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through multiple channels, building a strong talent pipeline
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to placement and post-placement care
- Maintain accurate records and activity logs using internal CRM and ATS systems
- Keep up to date with market insights, competitor activity, and salary trends to stay ahead of the game
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Proven experience in a 360 recruitment or sales-focused role (agency experience preferred)
- Strong sales instincts – you know how to identify opportunities, pitch, and close
- Confident communicator who can influence at all levels
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets
- Resilient, competitive, and comfortable with rejection – you bounce back fast
- Organised and able to manage multiple vacancies, clients, and candidates at once.
- Familiarity with recruitment systems, job boards.
