Pay rate: £18.67 per hour PAYE
Enhanced DBS needed for this role
Working Arrangement: The role will be based in central London and will cover the city. Driver's licence and use of own vehicle. Valid Car Tax and Valid MOT

The role:
We require an experienced ASB Officer/Housing Officer with full ASB experience. You must have excellent working knowledge of the ReAct ASB system.

The role will be based in central London and will cover the city. You will typically be supporting Customers for this role who will be aged 55 plus.

Previous experience and/or knowledge of tackling anti-social behaviour within the community and knowledge of the social housing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver an excellent, comprehensive, proactive and victim focussed ASB service. This includes but is not exclusive to dealing with issues of domestic abuse, hate crime and harassment, and ensuring a high level of presence and interventions in our communities.
Prevent, tackle and reduce harm caused by ASB to individuals and communities, ensuring that prompt and effective action is taken to investigate all allegations of reported cases of ASB whilst collaboratively working and maintaining good working relationships with national and local partner agencies.



What the client is looking for:

Previous experience and/or knowledge of tackling anti-social behaviour within the community and knowledge of the social housing sector
Experience of building strong working relationships with customers, colleagues and external partners achieving measurable outcomes
Experience of responding positively to change and challenges
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Educated to “A” level standard or equivalent, evidence of continuing professional development is desired - essential
Committed to delivering excellent customer focussed services
Experienced and confident IT user
Ability to work flexibly when necessary to meet the needs of our customers, including local and regional travel in own vehicle
Proven ability to work effectively as a member of a team, supporting colleagues to meet business objectives, whilst also being able to work independently
