What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking areliable, proactive, and hands-on Site Maintenance Operative to join our dedicated Site Team at Woldgate School. This is a vital role in ensuring our school site remains safe, secure, clean, and welcomingfor pupils, staff, and visitors.
As a key member of the team, you will support the day-to-day operations of the school, carrying out a wide range of maintenance, janitorial, and site support duties to help create an outstanding learning environment.
What We’re Looking For:
• A practical, solution-focused individual with a strong work ethic
• Experience in site maintenance or a similar role (desirable)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good understanding of health & safety regulations
• Willingness to undertake training as required
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
