Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint a supportive, enthusiastic and inspirational Year 7 Pastoral Support Manager on a permanent, part-time basis (two days p/week, Thursday and Friday - please note that the working days are non-negotiable).

Candidates will be talented, dynamic and will challenge and motivate our students to get the very best meaningful outcomes.

The main purpose of this role is to work alongside the Pastoral Leader (Head of Year) for the year group, including liaising with families, supporting students throughout the day and carrying out administrative tasks relating to that year group.

This is a non-teaching position.
