Are you an experienced nurse leader ready to take the next step in your career? Our client is looking for a Deputy Nurse Manager (RGN or RMN) to support the delivery of outstanding care within a high-end, luxury care home for older adults.

As Deputy Nurse Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to lead and support the clinical team, ensuring residents receive the very best in person-centred care. This full-time role offers a blend of hands-on clinical work and supernumerary hours, giving you the scope to both care and lead.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC pin
- Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead Nurse in a care home setting
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Experience in elderly care, including dementia and complex nursing needs
- Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and clinical governance
- A warm, approachable leader who leads by example and inspires their team

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Home Manager in the daily operations of the home
- Lead, supervise, and develop the clinical and care teams
- Ensure care plans are effectively delivered, reviewed, and person-centred
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal quality standards
- Champion a culture of dignity, respect, and kindness throughout the service
- Liaise with residents, families, GPs, and other professionals to deliver holistic care
- Support with recruitment, performance reviews, and staff training
