Our client is seeking a confident and inspiring Nursery Manager to lead their high-quality early years provision. As Nursery Manager, you will take the lead in all aspects of nursery operations, including staff management, safeguarding, curriculum planning, and maintaining high-quality learning environments. This is a role for a high-performing, proactive manager who can confidently drive improvement, maintain regulatory compliance, and build a culture of excellence and care.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 or above in Early Years
- Extensive nursery management experience in a high-quality setting
- Proven leadership with a history of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and compliance
- Inspirational leadership style with excellent people-management skills

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe, stimulating and child-centred environment
- Manage and support a team of early years professionals, ensuring high standards of care and education
- Drive quality improvement and prepare for inspections with confidence
- Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and the wider community
- Oversee nursery budgets, staffing, and resources effectively
- Ensure full compliance with Ofsted and all relevant childcare legislation
