Our client is seeking a confident and inspiring Nursery Manager to lead their high-quality early years provision. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong, hands-on leader who is committed to delivering exceptional standards of childcare and education. As Nursery Manager, you will take the lead in all aspects of nursery operations, including staff management, safeguarding, curriculum planning, and maintaining high-quality learning environments. This is a role for a high-performing, proactive manager who can confidently drive improvement, maintain regulatory compliance, and build a culture of excellence and care.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 or above in Early Years
- Extensive nursery management experience in a high-quality setting
- Proven leadership with a history of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and compliance
- Inspirational leadership style with excellent people-management skills
- Commitment to promoting a diverse, inclusive, and nurturing environment

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe, stimulating and child-centred environment
- Manage and support a team of early years professionals, ensuring high standards of care and education
- Drive quality improvement and prepare for inspections with confidence
- Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and the wider community
- Oversee nursery budgets, staffing, and resources effectively
- Ensure full compliance with Ofsted and all relevant childcare legislation
