Job Title: Window Cleaner

Job Type: Permanent
Location: Cambridge
Salary: £28,000 per annum

ARC is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Facilities Management company that provides professional cleaning services to residential and commercial properties across the Cambridge area. With continued growth, they are looking to appoint a committed and detail-focused Window Cleaner to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Role

This is a full-time, site-based window cleaning position covering external and internal windows on commercial and residential buildings.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Window cleaning (internal and external)


  • Use of appropriate cleaning solutions and tools (poles, squeegees, etc.)


  • Ensuring safety procedures are followed at all times


  • Reporting any maintenance issues or damage


    Key Details:

    • Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm


    • Salary: £28,000 per annum


      What We’re Looking For:

      • Previous experience in a window cleaning role, ideally across multiple buildings


      • A reliable and professional attitude, with attention to detail and time management skills


      • Comfortable working at height and using window cleaning equipment


      • Ability to work independently and maintain consistent standards


        • Must have a UK drivers licence
