Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the space planning and planogram strategy across all retail categories
• Collaborate with Brand and Category teams to maximise sales and supplier revenue
• Provide data insights and reports to support supplier negotiations and category performance
• Evaluate sales data to refine product placement and optimise category space
• Support Brand and Category teams in delivering category management initiatives
• Lead and develop a high-performing team member within the space planning function

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in retail pharmacy categories and product trends
• Skilled in creating planograms and managing space planning strategies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with understanding of Microsoft Access and Spaceman software
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time and prioritise effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player committed to supporting marketing efforts
