Location: Hybrid - Cheadle-based with home working and travel across Greater Manchester
⏰ Hours: 20 hours per week (some evenings and weekends to support events)
Salary: £18,481.60 per annum (pro-rated from £34,653 FTE)
Start Date: September 2025 (subject to recruitment timelines)
Reports to: Head of Workforce Analytics & Operations

This part-time role offers the chance to shape the way volunteers are recruited, supported, and celebrated across our organisation-ensuring every individual feels valued and empowered to make a lasting difference.

NVQ Level 3 in Management (or equivalent relevant qualification)
