The Role
We are seeking an inspirational, dynamic and ambitious Deputy Headteacher to join the Senior Leadership Team, working alongside the Headteacher to lead and enhance our school’s vision and excellent practice.
As Deputy you will:
- Provide leadership in behaviour management, shaping and modelling consistent high expectations.
- Oversee staff development, coaching and mentoring to sustain outstanding teaching.
- Lead curriculum planning, assessment systems and effective intervention strategies.
- Act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring the welfare and safety of children and staff.
- Deputise for the Headteacher as required and support wholeschool improvement initiatives.

- Be passionately committed to safeguarding and wellbeing.
