Job Details

Position: Night Park Warden
Type: Full-Time / Seasonal (12am – 8am)
Pay Rate: £12.82 per hour
Applicants must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) License & Full UK Driving License

We’re on the lookout for a calm, capable, and hands-on Night Park Warden to join our Haven team. Working through the night, you’ll take the wheel — quite literally — as you drive the park, check site integrity, and support guests with any late-night needs that arise.

If you’re someone who enjoys practical problem-solving and takes pride in keeping people reassured and safe, this could be the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Driving the park to carry out regular patrols, ensuring all areas are secure, safe, and well-maintained.
- Checking site integrity including doors, gates, lighting, heating units, and utilities to ensure the park remains in working order overnight.
- Providing on-the-ground support to guests – whether resolving heating or minor maintenance issues, offering reassurance, or handling overnight incidents calmly and professionally.
- Keeping clear, accurate records and reporting anything that needs following up.
- Assisting lone workers or team members starting early or finishing late.

What We’re Looking For:
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) licence.
- Full UK driving licence – essential, as you’ll be patrolling the park by vehicle.
- Practical, hands-on mindset – comfortable troubleshooting basic issues or escalating as needed.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Someone reliable and confident working solo, with excellent attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

What We Offer
- Attractive pay with overtime opportunities.
- An inclusive, supportive work environment.
- Comprehensive training and ongoing support.
- Career development opportunities, including fully funded qualifications.
- Exclusive team perks, including up to 50% off on-park dining, 20% discounts on Haven Holidays and in-store purchases, free access to our facilities, savings at national brands and retailers, and so much more!
