Summary
Groundworker - Bristol and surrounding.
We are working with a busy and well respected maintenance contractor to recruit a Groundworker to join their business in Bristol. You will be working on social housing properties doing external repairs and maintenance.
We are looking for 2 Groundworkers to work together so could be separate applicants or an existing team.
Salary is around £35k per annum + van and fuel card.
Groundworker Requirements:
• Concrete and brick repairs
• Excavating and replacement of concrete paths
• Lift and relay patios slabs
• Installing new paths and associated brick and block repairs
• Work will be varied property to property
• Reporting on progress to a supervisor
• Working efficiently and safely
• Using a tablet to log progress on jobs
• Travelling in the work van to various properties in the Bristol and surrounding areas
Full UK driving licence is required.
DBS check will be carried out for the successful candidates.
