Crynodeb
You will be required to have an eye for detail both clinical and record keeping, with the ability to work as part of a team, as well as on your own using your initiative. In addition, as the senior photographer you will be responsible for organising the workload of the band 5 clinical photographers. Key Responsibilities Be responsible for running the clinical side of the department including: Allocating annual leave, ensuring that adequate staff levels are maintained. Supervision and training of photographers as required. Ensuring that high quality photographs are produced. Undertaking annual reviews with the photographers and ensuring that they are up-to-date with the trust essential and mandatory training. Liaising with other hospital departments and clinicians to understand their clinical photography requirements. Capture high-quality, repeatable clinical photographs and video in accordance with departmental protocols. Manage patient consent processes and ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies. Edit, process, and archive images using professional software and digital asset management systems. Support the production of multimedia content for teaching, publication, and promotional purposes.
