Job Title: Technical Clerk (Long-Term Temporary Position)
Hourly Rate: £13.05
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: Hybrid (Remote and On-Site Working)

We are currently seeking a Technical Clerk to join our team on a long-term temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administrative and data-handling skills to contribute to a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis & Presentation: Analyse and present data to support recommendations and decision-making processes.
  • Technical & Administrative Support: Provide a range of technical and administrative support to the team as required.
  • Information Management: Locate, collate, and organise data, records, and other information to support projects and daily operations.
  • Documentation & Records: Maintain and regularly review publications, logs, records, and databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Output Preparation: Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other outputs required by the team.
Requirements:
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Word).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
What We Offer:
  • Hourly rate of £13.05
  • 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Hybrid working model - flexible split between remote and office-based work
