If you join us, a typical term in this role would see you involved in: • Conduct whole-class teaching for the majority of the working week, covering classes during PPA for our Teaching team • Work with class teachers to raise the learning and attainment of pupils. Promote pupils’ independence, self-esteem and social inclusion • Give support to pupils, individually or in groups, so they can access the curriculum, take part in learning, and experience a sense of achievement • Take responsibility for some including planning and teaching learning activities (under direction of class teachers) As well as the chance to join staff or community social events.
