We are seeking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Administration Officer. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of key administrative functions within the college. You will have direct responsibility for overseeing the reception area and line managing the Reception Team. A significant part of your role will involve supporting the finance teams of St Paul’s Catholic College and St Paul’s Trading with finance-related administrative tasks and processes.
This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
We are looking for professionals with:
• Experience of a senior administrative role or similar (desirable).
• Experience of working within a school environment is desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to manage several projects at once, prioritising accordingly to meet deadlines.
• Able to take ownership of tasks and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong IT, systems, administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• A team player that can work collaboratively as well as using own initiative.
• Calm and professional under pressure.
• Understanding of the importance of confidentiality and discretion.
• Supportive of our Catholic ethos.
