This social housing provider is a reputable housing association based in Glasgow, committed to providing quality housing solutions.With a friendly and collaborative team environment, you will be welcomed and supported as you play a key part in delivering for their tenants within the Estate Management team.
Your new role
- Support the delivery of a clean, safe, and well-maintained estate environment through regular inspections and contractor monitoring.
- Manage close cleaning, landscaping, and waste contracts, ensuring high standards and prompt issue resolution.
- Log and follow up on repairs, liaise with tenants and contractors, and carry out post-inspections.
- Assist with planned and cyclical maintenance, insurance inspections, and rechargeable repairs.
- Support tenant engagement initiatives, including garden competitions and environmental education.
- Maintain accurate records using Capita, Total Mobile, and InVu systems.
- Contribute to complaint handling, invoice processing, and general technical admin tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Experience in estate or housing management is desirable.
- Confident in using IT systems and maintaining accurate records.
- A team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
- Committed to delivering excellent customer service and continuous improvement.
