Role Purpose

We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Worker / Care Manager to join our
forward-thinking Adult Social Work Team within a local authority committed to delivering high-quality services.

As part of a dynamic multi-agency team, you will play a key role in case management and our duty system while making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals who need our support through assessment, plans and reviews.

You will also become a Council Officer and will lead on Adult Support and Protection case work with oversight from our Adult Protection Unit. We are embracing digital transformation, becoming a paperless service and utilising innovative digital
technology to complete assessments, enhancing efficiency and accessibility.

Essential

Qualified Social Worker (degree/diploma in Social Work)

Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council

A current driving licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this post.
