We are seeking a Mobilisation Manager - Cleaning SME to help drive the successful rollout of one of the most significant contracts in ISS’s history.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-profile mobilisation project within our Key Account Network.
Job Description
In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with the PMO, operational field teams, and key stakeholders to ensure the seamless mobilisation of services and the consistent delivery of high cleaning standards across the client estate.
Your expertise will be critical in shaping service readiness and ensuring we meet the client's expectations from day one.
This is a high-impact role ideal for someone ready to take on a visible and rewarding challenge.
Key Responsibilities
Provide contract support to internal teams and customers
Liaise with suppliers to resolve issues and keep stakeholders updated
Escalate unresolved matters to ISS Management within SLA timelines
Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases
Prepare and distribute documentation to stakeholders
Support vehicle mobilisation, including fit-out, allocation, and fuel cards
Map PPMs into CAFM systems (e.g. Maximo) and manage TUPE data and site visits
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Ops background in Cleaning/Soft FM essential; mobilisation experience ideal
Experience with suppliers (consumables, equipment), payroll systems, and meeting KPIs/SLAs
Skilled in managing mobilisations, projects, and using Microsoft Excel and other MS apps
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and CRM database knowledge desirable
Self-motivated, organised, and able to handle pressure and competing demands
Analytical, solutions-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused, team-oriented, and passionate about quality and service delivery
