About the Plumbing Lecturer Role:As a Plumbing Lecturer at Guildford College, you will deliver high-quality, interactive lessons that combine essential theoretical knowledge with practical, hands-on training. You will work across our full-time, part-time, and apprenticeship programmes, supporting learners working towards their Level 2 and Level 3 Plumbing qualifications.We're looking for a passionate and experienced plumbing professional who is eager to inspire the next generation of skilled tradespeople. Whether you’re already in education or looking to transition from industry into teaching, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging and practical plumbing lessons that meet industry standardsEquip plumbing learners with the technical skills, safety knowledge, and confidence required for the workplacePrepare students for progression into employment, apprenticeships, or further studySupport learners in developing core employability and transferable plumbing trade skillsCollaborate with colleagues in our Construction faculty, known for its strong employer partnerships and outstanding vocational trainingSalary: Up to £42,182 per annum (with potential for a hard-to-fill supplement, depending on qualifications and experience). What do you need to be a Plumbing Lecturer at Activate Learning?We’re seeking someone with a strong plumbing background and a genuine interest in education and skills development.
