Job Vacancy: Production Operative – Temp to Perm | Dudley
Location: Dudley
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Full-time, rotating shift pattern
Week 1: Monday–Thursday 9am–6pm
Week 2: Monday–Thursday 6am–3pm
Every Friday: 8am–12pm
Overtime: Available
BCS Connect is currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company in Dudley. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term career prospects for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out general warehouse and production duties
- Heavy lifting and manual handling of products
- Operating machinery including grinders, bar feeders, and saws to cut various materials
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Working as part of a supportive and hardworking team
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Comfortable with heavy lifting and physical work
- Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently
- An FLT license is advantageous, but not essential
- A positive attitude and strong team ethic
