Crynodeb
We are seeking to appoint a Chef de Partie with excellent culinary skills to assist in our busy and thriving Catering department.
The successful candidate will :
1) have excellent culinary skills
2) have the ability to cook fresh produce to a high standard
3) understand Nutritional Guidelines in Schools and provide a healthy balance of menu items
4) understand health and safety principles and safe working practices in a catering environment.
Hours of work : 40 hours per week, Term Time Only (including INSET and 3 days)
Salary range: Foundation Point 17 to 20, £22,167 to £23,042 per annum actual salary range.
£25,289 to £26,288 per annum full time equivalent range.
