Salary: £37,000 pro rata

Hours: 20 – 25 per week
Contract: 9-month FTC to cover maternity leave

As an EDI Advisor your key responsibilities will be;
In this role, you’ll be a driving force behind meaningful change, working closely with the Head of People Experience to bring our Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) strategy to life. Together, we’ll build a more inclusive, diverse organisation where every voice is heard and valued.
What skills you will bring:
- To be successful in this EDI Advisor role, you must have previous experience in an EDI capacity, embedding EDI as a subject matter expert.
- We're excited to welcome someone full of ideas, creativity, and a collaborative spirit—so you can bring campaigns to life and make a real impact when raising awareness.
- You will have a drive to amplify the voices of underrepresented and hidden communities by championing diversity
- Project management or event management would be valuable to this role
- Have the ability to work autonomously, taking initiative and ownership, whilst also able to work collaboratively with colleagues and key stakeholders.
- Self motivated and comfortable working from home with remote based colleagues.
- HR experience and an understanding of the full employee lifecycle is desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
- It literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
- Proactive approach to work, with a strong sense of drive, ownership and demonstrated ability to use initiative.
