Crynodeb
To be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of First for Mental Health services, including the 136 service. To be responsible for monitoring the staffing establishment, ensuring timely recruitment and appropriate selection of staff and to ensure that thereis an appropriate skill mix within the teams and which reflects service requirements and safe patient services. To contribute to the development of a proactive philosophy and culture of health care provision, in which health promotional activity plays a majorcomponent. To be responsible for ensuring that clinical initiatives and service developments become truly embedded in clinical practice and that staff have aclear understanding and opportunity to contribute to the change process. To ensure that the clinical practice of all practitioners providing services to patients is of a high standard and in line with professional bodies andpolicies. To promote a culture of respect for the individuality of patients and enable the service to be culturally relevant to the communities we serve. To identify and coordinate opportunities for patient and Family and Carer involvement and engagement in service development, leading whereappropriate.
