Crynodeb
Management of the full range of resources in line with agreed deployment policies for the purpose of achieving locally and nationally agreed performance standards. Advises the Dispatch Team Leader (DTL) on resource availability and lost unit hours which impact on patient care and unit hour utilisation. Updates and maintains such information systems as are required to ensure accurate reporting of clinical information & performance standards. Maintain accurate and detailed records to assist with retrospective investigation of complaints and clinical incidents. Responsibility for appropriate deployment and directing of all operational resources and personnel, by the analysis of given information ensuring that the nearest most suitable resource is dispatched in order to achieve standards.
