Job Title: Band 7 - Therapeutic Radiographer Trust: Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Location: Churchill Hospital Ward:Radiology Pay Rates: £27.01 per hour Shift Patterns:3 x 9.5 hour shifts & 1 x 9 hour shift per week between Mon-Fri Why might this job interest you? As part of our dedicated service, youll play a vital role in providing both clinical expertise and emotional reassurance to patients facing cancer. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, youll help create personalised treatment plans that combine advanced technology with a truly human touch. What you can add: Lead the planning and delivery of complex, specialised radiotherapy treatments, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety. Provide expert clinical leadership, mentoring, and support to junior radiographers to develop skills and maintain excellent team performance. Drive service development through audit, protocol optimisation, training delivery, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
