Position: Registered Manager – Mental Health Nursing Home

Location: Near Swanley, Kent

Full-time | Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE)

Are you a passionate and experienced care professional ready to take on an exciting new challenge? I am seeking a Registered Manager to lead a brand-new, purpose-built nursing home near Swanley, Kent, specialising in supporting adults with complex mental health needs.

This is a rare opportunity to shape a service from the ground up, helping to build a strong, person-centred culture and delivering outstanding care in a modern, supportive environment.

About the Role:

As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and maintaining high standards of care. You will lead and develop your team, manage budgets, and work closely with families, professionals, and stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for residents.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a care home setting – essential

NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care – desirable

Nursing qualification and active NMC PIN – highly desirable

Strong working knowledge of CQC standards and regulations

Proven experience supporting adults with mental health needs

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
