Summary
Your New Company
We are looking for a Domestic Abuse Project Manager to join a strong team within the Gwent region. You will be supporting families and individuals who have experienced domestic abuse.
Your New Role
In the role of Domestic Abuse Project Manager, you will be managing a team to support people who have been affected by domestic violence. You will assess the needs of individuals, undertake risk assessments and work with a multi-agency team to deliver the appropriate support. You will provide staff with guidance and support in a range of different scenarios, including training, safeguarding concerns and health and safety.
What You'll Need to Succeed
To succeed in the role of domestic abuse project manager, you will need at least 2 years experience in VAWDASV or equivalent field. You will also need experience of line management and managing teams or relevant equivalent experience. Experience of working within the housing sector would also be beneficial and experience of effective risk management and safeguarding is essential.It is essential for the role that you have a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle.
