Crynodeb
We are looking to recruit a part-time Medical Receptionist to join our existing enthusiastic team at ourfriendly practice in Rugby. Previous experience in a medical practice is desirable but not essential as training can be given to anyone who is willing and quick to learn. This is a fast-paced position with knowledge needed on how to self-manage and keep up with the latest guidelines and newest processes.
The successful candidate requires excellent interpersonal skills, able to multi-task and work effectively as part of a team with a flexible approach. You will be computer literate with a great telephone manner and the ability to interact with patients in a friendly and professional manner as customer service is important to us.
The following would be advantageous:
- Face to Face customer service experience
- Booking appointments using computer system
- Taking payments and understanding of the services that we offer
- Bubbly personality
