A fully private independent dental practice based in the Rugby area are seeking a friendly and approachable Qualified Dental Nurse to join their expanding practice on a permanent basis. The practice prides themselves in creating an environment where team members look forward to coming to work and feel empowered.
The practice is looking for someone who is constantly looking to develop and improve, to share knowledge, and focused on delivering the best patient care.
About the role:
• Full Time/Part Time Permanent Position
• Salary above market rate for suitable candidates (dependent on experience)
• Company pays for GDC registration, CPD Courses, Uniform and Professional Indemnity
• A modern, friendly working environment
• Great flexible employment benefits (including contributory pension scheme &
discretionary bonus)
Requirements:
• GDC Registration (We would consider a trainee dental nurse for the right candidate)
• Ensure CQC requirements are met
• Provide excellent patient care
• Have strong communication skills
• Update patient records
• Set up decontamination of instruments
• Provide clinical chair-side support to dentists
• Be personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus
