McGinley Are Hiring - 360 Operator (75T or Above) - Birmingham

We're looking for a top-tier 360 Operator (75-tonne or above) to join a major civils project based in Birmingham. If you're experienced on heavy plant and want a reliable role with long-term potential and digs covered, this is for you.

This is a high-spec job for someone who knows how to handle serious machinery with confidence, precision, and safety.

Role Requirements:

  • Valid CPCS or NPORS card (360 above 10T with lifting ops preferred)

  • Solid experience operating 75T machines or bigger

  • Must be able to drive and have your own transport

  • Confident working on large infrastructure or earthworks sites

  • A track record of reliability and strong site awareness

Digs Provided - ideal for those travelling from outside the local area.
