We're looking for a top-tier 360 Operator (75-tonne or above) to join a major civils project based in Birmingham. If you're experienced on heavy plant and want a reliable role with long-term potential and digs covered, this is for you.
This is a high-spec job for someone who knows how to handle serious machinery with confidence, precision, and safety.
✅ Role Requirements:

Valid CPCS or NPORS card (360 above 10T with lifting ops preferred)

Solid experience operating 75T machines or bigger

Must be able to drive and have your own transport

Confident working on large infrastructure or earthworks sites

A track record of reliability and strong site awareness
Digs Provided - ideal for those travelling from outside the local area.
