Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Sales Office Administrator to join our team on a 6 month temporary basis to cover leave. The role involves entering sales orders, answering emails, and liaising with our sales team to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Entering and processing sales orders accurately
• Managing and responding to emails in a timely manner
• Liaising with the sales team to coordinate tasks and resolve queries
• General office administration duties as required
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Previous experience in a similar administrative role preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Hours will be Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm Friday 9am to 4pm (30mins Lunch Break)
