We are looking for an Associate Consultant with a minimum of 2 years’ experience to join our growing team and support our diverse client portfolio across manufacturing, engineering, retail, and consumer goods sectors.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support senior consultants in developing strategic recommendations, process improvements, and operational strategies.
- Conduct detailed analyses of client businesses, including industry benchmarking, financial analysis, and operational assessments.
- Assist in the creation of high-quality presentations and comprehensive reports to communicate key findings and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate closely with client teams to implement and monitor recommended solutions, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Participate actively in internal knowledge-sharing activities and contribute to business development initiatives including proposals and client meetings.
Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a consulting role, business analysis, or related strategic positions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to handle complex data sets and financial models.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Desirable Skills:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, engineering, or technology sectors.
- Experience with digital transformation projects, or data management initiatives.
- Familiarity with formal consulting methodologies and frameworks.
