The Role

Permanent, 39 hours per week

Hybrid working (Head Office Windermere – minimum 3 days per week)

This role sits within a growing insights team focused on driving business performance by turning rich data into meaningful, actionable recommendations.

You’ll deliver high-quality insight, research, and reporting using tools like Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI, and Excel. From scoping stakeholder requests to interpreting briefs and conducting analysis, you'll help answer key business questions with clarity and confidence.

You’ll also play a key role in supporting our myLakeland loyalty scheme, helping us better understand the behaviour of over 2.7 million members through campaign analysis and customer metrics

About You

Are you naturally curious about what drives customer behaviour? We’re looking for someone to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that shape strategy across marketing, product, and digital experience.

You’ll need strong SQL skills to dig into large datasets across multiple sources, uncovering trends and opportunities. Experience with Power BI or similar tools is a big plus—especially if you can bring insights to life through compelling dashboards and visual storytelling.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing your own workload while collaborating closely within the team and across the business. If you're analytical, commercially minded, and passionate about using data to drive smarter decisions, we’d love to hear from you.

Please note: We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.

Benefits

There are many benefits to being part of the Lakeland team. Other than being part of a huge and happy working family, our colleagues are rewarded with a competitive salary and a group personal pension plan.

There are 29 days’ paid holiday (including bank holidays) and generous discounts on our products. We offer a great retail environment, and the chance to be part of a team who like to work and socialise together
