Are you a compassionate person based in Portsmouth eager to make a positive impact in your community? We’re looking for a Night Wake Support Worker to join our team at Portsmouth Extra Care schemes.

What You'll Do

As a Night Wake Support Worker, you’ll help residents maintain their independence and quality of life by:

Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, etc.)
Administering medication
Preparing meals
Helping with daily household tasks
Supporting clients with their individual night-time routines
