Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Energy Assessor to join a growing, dynamic team working on large scale projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive energy assessments and delivering high-quality energy statements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing detailed energy statements, Standard and Enhanced SAP calculations.
- Analyzing and evaluating overheating risks in buildings.
- Assessing and optimizing thermal junctions to improve energy efficiency.
- Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to provide energy consultancy services.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP and Enhanced SAP methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of building physics and thermal junctions.
- Experience in assessing and mitigating overheating risks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and report-writing abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications in energy assessment or building performance.
- Experience with energy modeling software and tools.
