An exciting opportunity awaits for a Locum Veterinary Surgeon to join a thriving, RCVS-accredited practice located in the vibrant market town of Northallerton, North Yorkshire.
This dynamic and forward-thinking mixed animal practice is home to a friendly, passionate, and supportive team, all dedicated to delivering the highest standards of care to their patients — whether they have fur, feathers, or scales!
About the Practice:
• Fully equipped with state-of-the-art facilities: ECG, in-house lab, ultrasound, digital X-ray, orthopaedic theatre, and more
• Sees a wide variety of cases, including small animals, large animals, and exotics
• Supportive team environment that encourages clinical freedom and professional growth
About the Role:
• Start Date: From 5th August 2025
• Days: 3–4 days per week
• Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Rate: £450–£500 per day (DOE)
• Predominantly small animal caseload – mixed vets with interest in large animal work are also welcome!
