They are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join the team from September. This role will involve:
- Delivering targeted English and Maths interventions for lower ability pupils
- Supporting small groups of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Assisting class teachers with planning and delivering differentiated learning activities
- Promoting positive behaviour and engagement in learning
- Contributing to the creation of a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment

What you'll need to succeed
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Proven experience supporting children in a primary school setting
- Strong knowledge of intervention strategies in English and Maths
- Experience working with children with SEN
- A caring, patient, and proactive approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
