What You Will Do:
Efficient data input and management
Uploading files to the Birdie portal
Assisting the wider team with gathering and collating information
Answering phone calls and adding notes to our system
Completing alerts on the Birdie platform to keep operations running smoothly
Performing additional duties to support the success of the branch.
What We are Looking For:
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a care setting or similar environment.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Willingness to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and support your colleagues.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to undergo necessary background checks.
