As Head Chef, you will:
• Lead the day-to-day operations of a busy kitchen, ensuring smooth service and first-class quality across brunch, lunch and dinner.
• Design and deliver seasonal menus that celebrate local produce and reflect the business’s commitment to quality and creativity.

• Say goodbye to crack-of-dawn starts - shifts focus on brunch, lunch and dinner for a more balanced schedule.
• Be part of a close-knit, supportive team in a stunning Highland location.
• After initial guidance from the Owner to embed a guest-focused approach, you’ll enjoy creative freedom to shape menus and influence the food offering.
• Join a business that values a positive kitchen culture and supportive working environment.
• Enjoy meals and refreshments during your shifts.
