Wilmcote CE Primary School are seeking to appoint an experienced and qualified SEND Teaching Assistant , to work at Wilmcote CE Primary School as a 1:1 with a child in Key Stage 2.

Key Skills:

• Experience of working with children with a range of learning needs, and being able to tailor learning tasks and resources
• Willingness to work in a team with other staff to develop excellent provision
• Able to understand how to use assessment to inform next steps

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to interact with kindness, enthusiasm, creatively and flexibly to overcome barriers to learning.
