We are currently Recruiting Temporary Support Workers for our clients in and around Trowbridge!
This is a Temporary Role on an ad hoc basis, you will be covering sickness and holidays for our clients in the Wiltshire area.
The Role!
As an Agency Support Worker, you will be working across a variety of services in the area.
You will be supporting individuals with varying needs from individuals with learning difficulties and physical disabilities, to individuals who display behaviours that may challenge.
Working for Care Connection you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in each individuals lives whether you are assisting with personal care, helping them with their daily routines or assisting them to go shopping and access the community.
You will support each service user in a person-centered way, always promoting choice as your number one priority, and following care and support plans to enable you to give the very best support and help each individual to lead the most fulfilling lives.
